Hey, y'all! I'm Nathan Fry,
I'm an adaptable copywriter and designer who is passionate about the intersection of branding, sports, and advertising.
I'm currently a senior marketing student at Clemson University with a minor in Brand Communications. I work at the university's agency, Cadency, as a copywriter on multiple accounts while taking freelance work from others.
If you like my work, please send me an email at contact@nathanafry.com, or head over to my LinkedIn page and check out more of my work history and qualifications! I'd love to discuss what I could do to help out your business or agency.
I enjoy creating logos, long-form analysis pieces, witty, short-form copy and funnily enough, eating french fries.
Testimonials
“Nathan worked as an intern for my startup marketing agency over the summer. He demonstrated excellent writing and design skills, and his ability to think creatively and strategically helped us meet our clients' marketing goals. Nathan was always willing to learn and take on new challenges, and his positive attitude and collaborative approach made him a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Nathan for any role that requires strong writing and design skills and a willingness to contribute to a team environment.”
Jami Mullikin, President of Stellar Recruiting, Founder of WebWise Digital
"Nathan Fry has worked as an intern with my company, Voices to Connect, for the past few months. I have been very impressed with his maturity beyond his years, work ethic, problem-solving ability, and his creative skills in digital design and copywriting. Nathan takes the initiative to "learn as he goes" when asked to do a project he may not have the complete skill set for yet. Also, Nathan works with integrity and character that can be trusted. I highly recommend Nathan for any position for which he is being considered."
Julie Shaffner, President of Voices to Connect
"In addition to his intellectual capabilities, Nathan also possesses a very high degree of intellectual curiosity. He is also self-motivated and driven. As a former CEO and having held numerous executive-level positions in a number of highly successful companies, these are traits that I found most consistently correlated with success. Nathan asks probing questions making it clear he thinks at a conceptual level and not merely 'to check the boxes'.
Nathan has shared some of his portfolio work with me and I am impressed with what he has done completely on his own, with little to no guidance. My best marketers in my companies always possessed a fine balance of both analytical, technical, and creative skills. I believe Nathan to be like that. I am confident that given his passion and talents, applied to the right role and the right company, Nathan will make outstanding and ongoing contributions."
